ERP System Analyst

Job Details:Job Summary:The ERP System Analyst is responsible for performing business and workflowrequirement analysis and design in order to build and implement solutions tomeet the business needs of Westchester Medical Health Network. This position performs the duties associatedwith the analysis, design, build, testing, training, go live and productionsupport of the ERP systems and processes. In addition, this position will serveas the primary support role for the Finance and SCM portion for the INFOR ERPsuite.Responsibilities:Performs analysisof the daily use and administration of assigned IT systems.Assists with theplanning, design, development and installation of assigned systems.Tests andtroubleshoots existing and proposed assigned systems.Provides analysisof the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assignedsystem.Generates reportsas requested, including writing specifications for custom reports.Works closely with the Infrastructure team andbusiness users including the supply chain system administrator to maintain theInfor and Infor related applications such as MHC.Maintains the business relationship with Inforand acts as theInfor Financial system owner.Provides high-level end-user support for theInfor system to resolve system issues and provides end user training forupgrades, new modules, etc.Identifies user requirements and works with thebusiness to translate them into functional specifications with an emphasis onleveraging delivered functionality with minimal customization.Provides project release direction and supportincluding research, analysis, review, development, and implementation.Interfaces with internaland external resources to ensure successful completion, installation andimplementation in accordance with WMCHN’s needs.Implements andsupports the Infor Lawson process flow automation tools in addition to ConfigConsole.Builds processautomation flows for non-PO invoices, PO invoices, requisition approvals, andPO confirmations in order to reduce manual labor, improve productivity andreduce rework associated with manual invoices.Ensures the properpricing is sent to the EMRs for the purpose of better patient recorddocumentation and reporting.Performs data conversions and interfacesincluding data migrations.Backs up and supports the ERP systemadministrator with user security administration.Ensures appropriate access is granted to systemfunctions, reports, and data by following established control procedures.Runs reports to audit security and user roles.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ experience with LawsonFinance/SCM or global HR implementation and support in a healthcare settingrequired. Experience with Infor IPA/Interface, AP processes, ION, andS3/Landmark applications, Config Console, and Java Scripting preferred.Education:Bachelor’s Degreepreferred.Licenses / Certifications:Other:If applicable, the individual performing this job may reasonablyanticipate coming into contact with human blood and other potentially infectiousmaterials. Individuals in this position are required to exercise universalprecautions, use personal protective equipment and devices, and learn thepolicies concerning infection control.
