Candidates can be local to Selkirk, NY or Houston, TX.
Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:

Providing application support by means of timely response to user issues

Maintaining and processing all resolution details in the Help Desk system

Participating in testing activities including executing unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing

Ensuring stability and continuity in IT operations

Working with the company’s counterparts in understanding functional requirements and resolving functional issues
-
Working with the technical team to understand and resolve interface issues
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience supporting PPQM
-
Experience supporting Manufacturing systems interfacing SAP and the Shop Floor
